This project is a subset of the Women Aspire 4 Afrika initiatives. The women employability pillar addresses the gap between skills acquired through the formal education system and the requirements of the job market; aiming to provide not only the required skills but also a full echo-system that provides links to job opportunities.

The project works proactively to identify job market needs, recruit and train women to existing job opportunities
